Sulphur Mountain Loop has been added to the 30 May Rides calendar as an additional option.

46.5 miles, 3,242 ft elevation

Meet at Museum parking lot at 8:30 am. Approximate start 9:10 at the Sulphur Mtn Trailhead Gate.

Gravel Bike Ride on Sulphur Mountain includes 11 miles of dirt road, climbing with great scenery. Following the climb, there will be 5 miles of paved, steep, winding downhill that brings riders to Highway 150 in the "Upper Ojai".

Recommend tire width of 30mm or wider. This is a remote ride without vehicle access for much of the ride. Riders must have all tools, tubes, water, and food to be self-sufficient on Sulphur Mountain Road.

We will stop at Papa Lennon's on El Roblar in Meiners Oaks for lunch.
