Yes it's raining again.  The Omar Rains bike path is being cleared by Caltrans but may not be free of mud after this rain.  Also caution on the Ojai bike trail.  If you see thick mud on the bike path, please turn around.  Roads may still be wet on Thursday's ride to Ojai so please be cautious and slow down.
