Inviting all members to gather in the holiday spirit for our year end Holiday Dinner Party and Board of Directors installation at the Holiday Inn in Oxnard.
This Holiday event is an annual tradition for CIBike. A lot happens at this event. Socialize before dinner at the Parkway Grill Bar and see your cycling colleagues in something other than bicycling shorts and a helmet! In addition to a delicious dinner, we will remember 2025 with a fun slide show, recognize our Year Rounder participants who met program goals, recognize and thank our 2025 Board of Directors and finally, install our new 2026 Board of Directors. We have many new members who have joined the club in 2025, what a better way to get to know some of them and show them the warmth and camaraderie that is CIBike.
If you are bringing a non-member guest, you will need to complete a separate registration and payment for your guest. Only one person and meal choice per registration please (sorry for the inconvenience; this is a complication of our registration software).
We offer a fish, chicken, and vegetarian dinner option. Vegan and special diet options are available by special, early request. E-mail presidentcibike@gmail.com, with the subject line, SPECIAL DIET REQUEST, if you want a special diet dinner.
Wine corkage fee of $10 per bottle is available if you wish to bring your own bottle of wine. As always, we thank Patrick Mullin for negotiating great discount for our event.
A final note: prices of entrees and food & beverage services (F&BS) have gone up in 2025. We thank the Holiday Inn for maintaining our 2025 F&BS fees as before for one more year. We increased the registration fee for this event $2 per person to keep up with increased costs. We thank you for your understanding.
