Hwy 150 (Casitas Pass) is open to traffic between Lake Casitas and Gobernador with two points where there is a single lane (with flagman control) due to mudslide and pavement buckling. One of the flagmen indicated to me that there is no timetable for repairs as there is, to date, no construction contract.

But it is totally rideable.  There are a number of spots where water due to post-storm runoff is running across the road.
