I rode the Ojai Bike Trail on Tuesday Feb 13.  There are three areas of mud above Foster Park.   There is a dried path thru the areas that is passable.  Be cautious.  Also an area of sand on the bike trail before Stanley going north.  Reduce speed on the Ojai Bike Trail.
